Rectangular, on one sheet. The image is vertical. On the front side, there is a poster by the artist E. Abegus. In a white frame on a blue background in the upper right corner, there are printed white letters reading "For Peace!" Below, in the center, is an image of a dove. At the bottom, there is a Constitution in red with yellow images of a sickle and hammer, along with the text "Constitution of the USSR." On the back side, at the bottom, there are printed typographic inscriptions.
