The Diet
The stuffed birds are pinned on a branch in a state of readiness for takeoff. The head is down and the head is turned to the right. The feathers are on the head, a dark streak from the beak to the back of the head. My back, the wings and the black one. Lob, the throat, the chest, the belly and the tail of the white, on the back of the head, a strip of bright red feathers.
