A roulette with a handle, a hull, and a rolling mechanism of the tape is made of metal, a plastic handle of light is fixed to the roulette base of the roulette and has a restriction for the ribbon of the wrap in the form of rectangular posts. The nominal length scale is 50 m. The roulette body is marked:-a tape-roulette, a human-readable inscription-OPC 50, GOST 7392-80. The roulette scale is measured in millimetre intervals.
