A paper banknote with a horizontal pattern. Avers is divided into two parts. Left-white blank. On the right side, in green, with the geometric ornament, the field has the green colour of the vegetable ornament. Inside, there are two men in the lower part: a peasant with a scythe and a workman with a book. In the upper right corner is the emblem of the USSR. Left-guilded carcase with denomination of banknote. The hairs have the signatures of the cashier and the Commissioner of Finance. Note cross
