Young Communards newspaper
The Tula regional newspaper has been published since 5 December 1925. Since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War on 22 June 1941, in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the USSR and local authorities, the production of youth publications, including the Voronezh "Young Communar", has been suspended. The story of '' Young Communar '' resumed on 1 January 1950, when the first post-war issue was released
