A white colour, with a movable white cover, wearing a white hat, wearing a white lining, with a white colour on the outside circle (the outer circle). The red bell in the center-on the front section is a metal coard with a coat of arms of the USSR (yellow metal) in the frame of a wide wreath around the cockade (white metal). In the skin, a dermatini chin strap of the black colour is held by the buttons of the yellow metal (on the leg)
