Stampell "Paid to the VLKM"
The postmark is a piece of paper, "Paid VLKM". It is a wooden base cut from a solid piece of wood, coated with red paint, and the rubber cushion is glued on the basis with glue. It was widely used in the twentieth century in the office and was used to mark membership fees for contributions.
