Medal "Honorary Citizen of the City of Kharowska"

The medal is round, attached to the ribbon, the center depicts the emblem of the city of Kharovsky, under it a relief image of the church, railway station and a suspension bridge, in the upper part of the semicircle "POLITIC MCITIZENS", on the lower edge of "HARVIC".
