One Russia icon. Icon for an invalid rectangular shape. In the center the image of the bear, under it a plate with an inscription: "DIGIN RUSSIA". At the top of the badge is the developing flag of the Russian Federation, covered with color, white-blue-red enamel. On the back side of the badge there is a special anchorage, "zang-butterfly".
