In the form of a stylized Spanish shield, white anodized metal. On the face: on the red floor of the head of relief, gold metal, the inscription in three lines: "Black Sea/reserve/green reserve." The field of the shield is blue with horizontal wavy wavy lines-stylized with a stylized side, over which the relief view of the flying swan is white enamel with golden contour. The figure "50" is the bottom of the embossed metal. There's an identical technique in the red tape of the inscription "Fly".
