The banknote has a narrow white field on the right, where the figure "1" is shown in the frame, the rest of the space is filled with the background, smoothly changing to the center the color from beige to the saloon. There is a narrower frame with a nominal value of '1', on top of which the inscription "One rouble". The left is the emblem of the USSR in 1956. At the top of the bill is an ornament in the form of the letter "P" with the inscription "State BANK".
