Bell. Bullet

A classic bell tower. On the tulus is a relief image of the coastal town with red roofs and trees on the bank. Above the city is a ribbon with Latin text. A pen is a sculptural image of a cream arch. A language-ball with a diameter opening is attached to the thread through the hole in the handle.
