At the top, there is a large number "10", indicating the value of the coin, under it a smaller font-the horizontal word "COPEEC", centered on the face value. The year "1990" (the lower part of the figure along the edge of the base) is shown below the horizontal year. In the side parts of the coin the fields of the coin are in a semicircle round the wheat grain, supplemented at the bottom by oak leaves. On the reverse the large emblem of the USSR was depicted in 1956 with fifteen turns
