Vexillology. The Vympel "The VI Regional Music Holiday, 18-19 June 1983d".
Vympel "VI Regional Festival of the Music". A cloth of red colour. It has the shape of a triangle. In the upper part is the logo of the holiday (the circle at the center of which is the image of the coat of arms of the Lodein Paul). The vertical sides of the coat of arms are placed on the four sides of the mountain. Here's the inscription: "The Coke Field." The circumference of the circle is marked: "VI Regional Festival of the Music".
