The coin has been issued in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin. Avers is a state coat of arms in the centre above the sides of the SP_SR, at the bottom of the denomination, on the circle-"One hundred years from the date of birth of V.I. Lenin". The reverse topography of V.I. Lenin to the profile at the bottom of the date: "1870-1970", in a circle. On the mouth of a dot and an asterisk.
