A silver, rectangular, rounded color icon. The icon depicts the church of John Zlatoust and the bell tower. Saunino, Kargopolsky District. The relief image and the background are covered with a semi-transparent mustard-coloured enamel. On the bottom edge of the icon is the red label "SUNINO".
