In the form of a decorative wooden shaky with a double-rolled roof, white metal. On the front side: on the background of a rectangular entry in the hatchet picture a picture sitting on four legs of a beaver: embossing, white metal, side, left. On the contour of the roof on the dark floor, the topography of the inscription "Berezinsky reserve". The whole surface is covered with varnish. On the back: vertical pins.
